3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter melted
2 tablespoons freshly grated orange zest
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8x4-inch loaf pan; set aside.
Combine sugar, milk, orange juice, egg, butter, and orange zest in bowl. Beat until well mixed. Add all remaining ingredients except walnuts; stir just until moistened. Stir in walnuts.
Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.

I substituted coconut oil for butter, 1/2 c. honey plus 1/4 c. sugar and added 1 tsp. vanilla plus 1 tsp. orange extract for more flavor. Objective was less sugar more flavor.
