1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves  

4 large onion buns, split

4 lettuce leaves

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Hot Pepper

4 thin slices Italian roast beef

4 thin slices tomato

8 thin slices red onion


 *Substitute 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Stir together sour cream and basil in bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread sour cream mixture onto cut-sides of buns.

  3. STEP 3

    Layer bottom half of each bun with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices cheese, 1 slice roast beef, 1 slice tomato and 2 slices onion. Cover with top half of bun.
