Oatmeal Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

3/4 cup dried blueberries  

1 cup white chocolate baking chips

 

 *Substitute your favorite dried fruit.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine butter and brown sugar in another bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in blueberries and white baking chips.

  4. STEP 4

    Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack.
