Ingredients

1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 (10-ounce) bag
regular marshmallows
1 (7-ounce) bag (14 cups)
kettle corn*, popped
1 cup
chopped dry roasted salted peanuts
 
*Substitute salted popcorn.

Directions

  1. Combine butter and marshmallows in 8-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add kettle corn; stir until popcorn is coated. Gently stir in 1 cup chopped peanuts
  2. Shape mixture into 20 (2 1/2-inch) balls with buttered hands. Wrap each ball in waxed paper.

  4. Ooey Gooey Popcorn Bars. Butter 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside. Prepare mixture as directed; press into prepared pan. Immediately top with an additional 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. Cool completely. Cut into bars. 24 bars
