Ingredients

1 cup uncooked white long grain white rice

2 cups boiling water

1 teaspoon salt

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Place rice, water and salt into 2-quart casserole dish. Cover; bake 25-30 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.

I did not use the salt or any seasonings and added some extra water. Rice was great. Cant wait to try short grain brown rice.
