4 cup sugar2 medium (2 cups) green apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice

4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
Pumpkin Layer

2 cups canned pumpkin1 cup evaporated milk

2 cup sugar2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1
4 teaspon salt1
8 teaspoon ground nutmegTopping

2 cup all-purpose flour1
3 cup chopped walnuts5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F.

Place 1/4 cup sugar, apples, 2 teaspoons flour, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in medium bowl; stir until apples are coated. Pour into pie shell.

Combine pumpkin layer ingredients in bowl; stir until well mixed. Pour over apple mixture. Bake 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, walnuts and 5 tablespoons sugar in medium bowl. Cut in 3 tablespoons butter until crumbly.

Remove pie from oven; sprinkle with topping. Continue baking 20 minutes or until custard is set. Cool completely.
