Ingredients

2 cups (about 20) crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 1/4 cups lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup flaked coconut

1 (14-ounce) can (1 1/4 cups) sweetened condensed milk

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine crushed cookies and butter in small bowl. Press mixture onto bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Layer peanuts, morsels and coconut over crumb mixture. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.

  3. STEP 3

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until coconut is golden brown. Cool completely.
