This old-fashioned drop cookie is full of chocolate and butterscotch chips as well as peanuts.

1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch flavored chips
1 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour and baking soda; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanuts.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
