This old-fashioned drop cookie is full of chocolate and butterscotch chips as well as peanuts.

Ingredients

1 cup
sugar
1 cup
firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1 cup
peanut butter
3
large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 1/2 cups
whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons
baking soda
3 1/2 cups
uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1 cup
real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup
butterscotch flavored chips
1 cup
coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour and baking soda. Reduce speed to low; beat until well mixed. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanuts by hand.
  3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely.
