Ingredients

1 (3.5-ounce) bag
microwave popcorn, popped
1 cup
pecan halves
1/2 cup
firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 250°F. Place popped popcorn and nuts in large roasting pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and butter in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (4-5 minutes). Boil 1 minute.
  3. Pour butter mixture over popcorn; stir to coat.
  4. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes for 30-35 minutes. Immediately spread popcorn on waxed paper to cool.

Recipe Tips

One (3.5-ounce) bag microwave popcorn equals about 12 cups popped popcorn.
