³/₄ cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

³/₄ cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 ¹/₂ cups all-purpose flour

¹/₂ teaspoon salt

1 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

¹/₂ cup milk chocolate toffee bits

*Substitute plain toffee bits.

How to make

STEP 1

Heat oven to 375ºF.
STEP 2

Combine sugar, butter and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in peanuts.
STEP 3

Press dough onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle evenly with toffee bits. Bake 15-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 2x1-inch sticks.
