4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese shredded
6 ounces ground pork sausage, cooked, well-drained
1/2 cup (1 medium) cubed 1/4-inch tomato
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Place tortillas onto ungreased baking sheets. Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 cup sausage to within 1/2-inch of edge.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons tomato, 1 tablespoon green onions and 1/4 cup cheese. Cut into wedges; serve with salsa.
