Ingredients

12 frozen dinner rolls

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread, divided

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Place rolls onto sheet; cover lightly with plastic food wrap. Let rise at room temperature 1 1/2-2 hours or until completely thawed and rolls feel soft.

  2. STEP 2

    Measure 1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Butter Spread into small bowl. Brush 9x5-inch loaf pan with 1/2 tablespoon butter spread from bowl. Save remaining 1/2 tablespoon butter spread for brushing on dough before baking.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine remaining Garlic & Herb Butter Spread and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

  4. STEP 4

    Using rolling pin, roll 1 dough ball on lightly floured surface into 4-inch circle. Spread dough circle with 2 teaspoons butter-cheese mixture. Fold circle in half and place into prepared pan, folded edge touching bottom of pan. Repeat with remaining dough. Cover lightly; let rise in warm place 45 minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  6. STEP 6

    Uncover dough; brush with remaining 1/2 tablespoon butter spread and sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
