Ingredients

12 cups popped popcorn

1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

How to make

    Place popcorn in large bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter and hot pepper sauce in 1-quart saucepan over low heat. Drizzle over popcorn; toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle popcorn with chili powder and garlic salt; toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.

Variations:
Savory Popcorn: Omit hot pepper sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Stir 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce into melted butter. Drizzle over popcorn; toss to coat evenly. Combine 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder in small bowl. Sprinkle over popcorn; toss to coat evenly.

Parmesan Italian Popcorn: Omit hot pepper sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Drizzle melted butter over popcorn; toss to coat evenly. Combine 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder in small bowl. Sprinkle over popcorn; toss to coat evenly.
