This quick sandwich with a tortilla uses everyone's favorite pizza ingredients.

Ingredients

2 (8-inch)
flour tortillas
1 tablespoon
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup
thick and chunky salsa
12 slices
pepperoni
1/4 cup
sliced ripe olives
(2 (1-Ounce) Slices)
@LAND O LAKES® Deli Colby Cheese@, cut in half

Directions

  1. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Place tortillas buttered-side down. Spread 2 tablespoons salsa onto half of unbuttered side of each tortilla.
  2. Place 6 slices pepperoni, 2 tablespoons olives and 2 half slices cheese over salsa on each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.
  3. Cook tortillas in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until lightly browned (2-3 minutes). Turn tortillas over; continue cooking until lightly browned and cheese is melted (1-2 minutes).
  4. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
