This quick sandwich with a tortilla uses everyone's favorite pizza ingredients.

2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
12 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
2 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend, cut in half
Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Place tortillas buttered-side down. Spread 2 tablespoons salsa onto half of unbuttered side of each tortilla.
Place 6 slices pepperoni, 2 tablespoons olives and 2 half slices cheese over salsa on each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.
Cook tortillas in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Turn tortillas over; continue cooking until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
