I have been looking for a margarine recipe that actually works. This was great, however be careful it browns quickly. Still it had a chew and was quite good
We used m&m’s instead of peanuts.
Baking with margarine produces moist cakes and chewy cookies. For consistent high quality results, remember to use margarine (80% fat), not a spread product.
