1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Margarine
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped salted peanuts
Heat oven to 350°F.
Melt margarine in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Gently stir in chocolate chips and peanuts.
Spread mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is firm to the touch. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Cut into bars.
