1 cup uncooked dried gemelli (double twist pasta) or small pasta shells
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
2 ribs (1 cup) celery, sliced
1 medium pear, sliced, quartered
1 medium apple, sliced, quartered
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Combine all salad dressing ingredients in bowl.
Toss cooked pasta and all remaining salad ingredients together in large bowl just before serving. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat.
