Ingredients

Salsa

1/2 cup
chopped green onions
2 large (2 cups)
fresh peaches*, peeled, pitted, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon
chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon
fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon
red pepper flakes

Chops

2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 tablespoon
fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon
finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
6 (3/4-inch thick)
bone-in pork chops
 
*Substitute 2 cups coarsely chopped frozen thawed peach slices.

Directions

  1. Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  3. Combine butter, 1 tablespoon lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl; baste onto both sides of pork chops.
  4. Place chops onto grill. Cover; grill, turning once, 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Serve with salsa.
