Ingredients

2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon
coarse ground pepper
4 (3 to 4-ounce)
pork cube steaks
1 large
onion, sliced
2 medium
red apples, cored, sliced

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; stir in salt, garlic and pepper. Add cube steaks and onion. Cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until pork is browned (4-6 minutes).
  2. Add apples. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until apples are heated through (2-3 minutes).

Very good and simple recipe that even the kids like. It has become a regular in our house I, however, use 4 Pork Chops instead. Now the kids don't eat the apples from this dish but they love how the pork tastes. My husband & I love the entire dish.
