Ingredients

Dip

1/3 cup
sour cream
1 (8-ounce) container
light raspberry cream cheese spread
2 tablespoons
powdered sugar
1 tablespoon
raspberry-flavored liqueur or orange juice

Dippers

Assorted fresh fruit pieces, vanilla wafers, pound cake and/or angel food cake, cubed

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and liqueur in small bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Serve with desired dippers.

I made this recipe for our 'girl's night out Valentine Tea. It was excellent-not overly sweet. I served it in a white fluted pedestal dish and topped it off with a maraschino cherry. It looked pretty and went wonderfully with our red grapes and strawberries. I tweeked the recipe just a little by adding about 1/4 teaspoon of raspberry extract instead of the liqueur.

Easy to make.... I served it with fresh fruit at a picnic and it was gone in no time.
