Quick Ravioli With Mushrooms

Refrigerated ravioli combined with a bottled pasta sauce makes this pasta recipe quick and easy.

1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli

1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter

1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

2/3 cup creamy roasted garlic Parmesan pasta sauce  

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips


 *Substitute 2/3 cup any flavor creamy pasta sauce.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Prepare ravioli according to package instructions. Drain. Keep warm.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add mushrooms. Cook over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes or until mushrooms begin to soften. Stir in sauce and red pepper strips. Add cooked ravioli; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until heated through.

Tip #1

- If sauce is too thick, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons milk.

Tip #2

- For 6 servings, use 1 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese-filled ravioli, 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 (16-ounce) jar creamy roasted garlic Parmesan pasta sauce and 1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips. Prepare as directed above.
