Ingredients

1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

1 medium red onion, cut into 12 wedges

1 (10-ounce) package mixed salad greens

6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into 1/2-inch squares

Your favorite salad dressing

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat broiler.

  2. STEP 2

    Place peppers and onion on 15x10x1-inch baking pan; spray with no-stick cooking spray. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 8-10 minutes or until crisply tender and skins are lightly charred; cool.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine all remaining ingredients except dressing in salad bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
