Ingredients

1 (7.5-ounce) package
refrigerated Caesar salad blend with dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese
1/4 pound
thinly sliced deli Italian roast beef, cut into strips
6 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into strips

Roma tomatoes, sliced
3
thin slices red onion, cut in half, if desired
1/3 cup
pitted kalamata or ripe olives

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except croutons, dressing and Parmesan cheese in bowl; toss lightly.
  2. Add dressing and Parmesan cheese, just before serving; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.

Recipe Tips

To prepare for lunches, divide salad among 4 resealable plastic food bowls. Divide salad dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese among small resealable plastic containers. Seal containers; refrigerate. At lunchtime, add one dressing and Parmesan cheese container ingredients to one salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.
