Ingredients
1 (7.5-ounce) package refrigerated Caesar salad blend with dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese

4 pound thinly sliced deli Italian roast beef, cut into strips6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend, cut into strips
4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
3 thin slices red onion, cut in half, if desired

3 cup pitted kalamata or ripe olivesHow to make

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients except croutons, dressing and Parmesan cheese in bowl; toss lightly.

Add dressing and Parmesan cheese just before serving; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.
Tip #1
To prepare for lunches, divide salad among 4 resealable plastic food bowls. Divide salad dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese among small resealable plastic containers. Seal containers; refrigerate. At lunchtime, add one dressing and Parmesan cheese container ingredients to one salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.
