2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup country-style Dijon, jalapeno dill or sweet hot mustard
STEP 1
Heat broiler. Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil.
STEP 2

STEP 3
Brush bottom bun halves with melted butter. Place onto broiler pan, buttered-sides up. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
STEP 4
Place 1/4 turkey onto each bottom half of bun; top with 1 slice cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from broiler.
STEP 5
Peel skins from peppers. Place 1 piece of each pepper over cheese. Spread top half of buns with mustard; place onto peppers.
