1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; set aside.
Place chickpeas onto layers of paper towels; pat dry.
Combine butter, garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in bowl; mix well. Add chickpeas; gently stir until evenly coated.
Spread chickpeas in single layer onto prepared pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 14-18 minutes or until deep golden brown.

I made these using only one cube of sauté express, I think two would have made them excellent I am not a fan of chickpeas but had a can and decided to try this They are great, kind of like corn nuts. Will make them again for sure
