1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup hot mango chutney
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese
1 sheet seamless refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine fresh raspberries and chutney in bowl; set aside.
Unroll seamless dough sheet; roll into 14x8-inch rectangle. Cut sheet into 2 (8x4-inch) and 2 (8x3-inch) pieces.
Place 8x4-inch rectangles onto ungreased baking sheet; top each with 3 slices cheese, overlapping cheese to fit. Spoon raspberry mixture over cheese on each rectangle.
Top each rectangle with 8x3-inch rectangle. Fold edges of bottom rectangle up and over edge of top rectangle. Press edges with fork to seal.
Combine egg and water in bowl; brush over dough. Sprinkle each wrap evenly with pecans. Make 3 small slits in top of each wrap. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
For a less spicy flavor, substitute regular mango chutney. Chutney is usually found in the ethnic food aisle of the grocery store.
