3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
48 candy-coated chocolate-covered almond or peanut candy pieces
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Shape dough around candy pieces into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet.
Place powdered sugar in large plastic food bag. Shake 3 or 4 cookies at a time in sugar. Cool completely. Return 3 or 4 cookies at a time to bag with powdered sugar. Shake to coat again with powdered sugar.
