2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, slightly beaten
3 ounces (3/4 cup) smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add half & half and eggs; stir just until moistened. Gently stir in cheese.
Roll dough into 10-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Place onto greased baking sheet; cut into 8 wedges. Bake 18-20 minutes or until scones are golden brown. Serve warm.
