1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
1 (11-ounce) bag torn lettuce
1/2 pound thick sliced deli roast beef, cut into julienne strips
1/4 pound Land O Lakes® Deli American cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 thin onion slices, separated into rings
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño chile peppers
Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl until well mixed.
Combine all salad ingredients in another bowl; toss lightly. Serve with dressing.
