1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 teaspoons hot water
Pecan halves, if desired
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all crust ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. (Mixture will be crumbly.)
Press crust mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Combine all filling ingredients in bowl. Spoon over hot, partially baked crust. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until butter just begins to brown. (Watch closely.) Cool 5 minutes.
Combine browned butter and all remaining glaze ingredients except water in bowl. Beat at medium speed, adding enough hot water for desired glazing consistency. Spread glaze over cooled bars. Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into bars. Top each bar with pecan half, if desired.

I thought this recipe was really easy to make and tasted good. It isn't too sweet, which I like. I would suggest increasing the icing ingredients by 1/2 or even doubling it if you really like icing. There seemed to be not quite enough to coat all of the bars.
