Ingredients

Sauce

1/2 cup
sour cream
1/2 cup
mayonnaise
5 ounces
crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon
milk
1/2 teaspoon
salt

Chicken

3 pounds (about 28)
chicken wingettes and drummies
3/4 cup
hot sauce
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon
spicy seasoned salt
 
Celery sticks

Directions

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Heat oven to 425°F.
  3. Place thawed chicken into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes. Drain.
  4. Combine hot sauce, butter and seasoned salt in bowl. Pour mixture over hot chicken; stir to coat. Continue baking 40-45 minutes, spooning hot sauce mixture over chicken every 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Place chicken onto serving platter. Serve with blue cheese sauce and celery sticks.

Recipe Tips

Hot sauce can be found in the condiment section of the supermarket. This sauce should not be confused with hot pepper sauce.

These were easy to make although they do take some time. The blue cheese dressing was very good. I made it with light sour cream.
