Ingredients

2 (6-inch) pre-baked Italian pizza crusts

1/2 cup refried beans

1/4 cup salsa

1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

3 ounces (3/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

1 cup finely shredded lettuce

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Place pizza crusts onto ungreased baking sheet.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine beans and salsa in bowl. Spread half of mixture over each pizza crust. Sprinkle with olives, cilantro and cheese.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with lettuce, if desired.

Tip #1

To serve 4, use 10-inch round pre-baked pizza crust, double all the amounts of topping ingredients. Bake as directed above.
