The mustard adds flavor and the coleslaw adds crunch to this hamburger recipe.
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon German-style mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
1/2 cup deli coleslaw
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties; place onto grill.
Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F. and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let cheese melt slightly.
Place 1 burger onto each bottom half of bun; top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and top half of bun.
