Try this tasty butter on rice, potatoes or any cooked vegetables such as, corn-on-the-cob and broccoli.
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash pepper, if desired
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Combine all ingredients except parsley in small bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 1 hour). Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Serve over hot cooked potatoes, rice or vegetables.
Cheesy Chive Butter: Add 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives.
