Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 cups) small cooked salad shrimp1 medium (3
4 cup) tomato, chopped1
2 cup artichoke hearts, well-drained, chopped1
4 cup sliced green onion1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

2 teaspoon salt1
2 cup feta cheese crumbles5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese, quartered

2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, if desired*Substitute 2 (8-inch) prebaked pizza crusts or other flatbread from deli or bakery section. **Substitute cooked chicken.
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F.

Place flatbreads onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter.

Combine all other ingredients except cheese and basil in bowl until well mixed. (Drain, if necessary.)

STEP 4
Spoon half of shrimp mixture onto each flatbread; top with feta and provolone cheese. Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.

Cut into pieces; serve hot.
