1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
1/3 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 (16-to 18-ounce) loaf baguette bread, cut into 6 pieces
4 to 8 lettuce leaves
8 thin tomato slices
STEP 1
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Stir in garlic powder.
STEP 2
Sauté 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165°F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from skillet.
STEP 3
Combine mayonnaise and green onions in bowl. Spread onto cut sides of bread.
STEP 4
Place lettuce and tomatoes onto bottom half of bread. Top with chicken, mayonnaise mixture and top half of bread.
