Ingredients

1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
14 ounces
boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
1/3 cup
light mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup
sliced green onions
1 (16-to 18-ounce) loaf
baguette bread, cut into 6 pieces

lettuce leaves

thin tomato slices

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Stir in garlic powder.
  2. Sauté 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165°F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from skillet.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and green onions in bowl. Spread onto cut sides of bread.
  4. Place lettuce and tomatoes onto bottom half of bread. Top with chicken, mayonnaise mixture and top half of bread.

add red onions and use Fish Filets in stead of chicken and add Chow chow hot or Mild to mayo for a kicked up tartar sauce
