Ingredients

4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

1 (6.4-ounce) can white albacore tuna in water, drained

1/2 cup chopped apple

1/2 cup matchstick carrots

1/3 cup sliced green onions

1/3 cup regular or light mayonnaise

1 teaspoon honey mustard

4 round thin sandwich rolls or buns

4 lettuce leaves

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Cut ghost shape from each cheese slice using 3-inch cookie cutter; set aside. Chop remaining cheese. Combine chopped cheese, tuna, apple, carrots and green onions in bowl; mix well.

  2. STEP 2

Combine mayonnaise and mustard in bowl. Add to tuna mixture; mix well.

  3. STEP 3

Top bottom half of rolls with lettuce leaves. Spoon tuna mixture evenly over lettuce. Cover with top half of rolls. Drape ghost-shaped cheese over center of each sandwich.

Tip #1

Look for thin sandwich rolls or buns in the bread aisle of the supermarket. They are great for those who like less bread with their sandwiches.
