Mousse

1 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half

1 (3.4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix

1 1/2 cups Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Ganache

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half

1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

60 buttery round crackers

Garnish

3 (1.5-ounce) peanut butter cup candy bars, chopped

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Combine 1 cup half & half and pudding mix in bowl; beat with whisk until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar in bowl; beat until stiff peaks form. Add pudding mixture and peanut butter. Gently stir until smooth.

  3. STEP 3

Place 1/2 cup half & half and chocolate chips in bowl. Microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds, until smooth.

  4. STEP 4

Spread 1/2 cup mousse into 7-inch circle on serving plate. Place 7 crackers around edge on mousse; place 3 crackers in middle. Spread with 2/3 cup mousse.
