Ingredients

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups oven-toasted rice squares cereal

2 cups small pretzel twists

1 cup unsalted almonds

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes or shavings

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 250°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; stir in brown sugar and garlic powder. Add rice cereal, pretzels and almonds; toss until mixture is evenly coated. Add coconut; toss lightly.

  3. STEP 3

    Spread mixture onto 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely.
