Ingredients

1 (6-ounce) box dried one-step seasoned stuffing mix

1 cup water

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Fresh Buttery Taste® Spread

1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

8 (1/8-inch thick) slices (12 ounces) deli turkey breast

1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

 

Chopped fresh parsley

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using 1 cup water and 1/4 cup Fresh Buttery Taste® Spread.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine prepared stuffing and 1/3 cup cranberry sauce in bowl; mix lightly.

  3. STEP 3

    Evenly divide stuffing mixture in center of turkey slices. Roll up each slice; secure with toothpick.

  4. STEP 4

    Place chicken broth in 12-inch skillet. Bring to a boil, 1-2 minutes, over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; add roll-ups. Cover; cook, 3-4 minutes, until roll-ups are heated through.

  5. STEP 5

    To serve, remove toothpicks. Garnish each roll-up with 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce and parsley.
