Assemble this traditional deli sandwich quickly and slice into serving-size pieces.

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) loaf
French bread, split lengthwise
1/2 cup
ranch salad dressing
8
lettuce leaves
1/2 pound
sliced deli turkey breast
6 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American
1/2 pound
sliced deli honey ham
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, cut in half
8 slices
tomato
8 slices
crisply cooked bacon

Directions

  1. Spread ranch dressing over cut-sides of bread. Layer bottom half with 1/2 lettuce, turkey, American, ham, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, remaining lettuce and bacon.
  2. Cover with top half of bread. Secure with toothpicks. Cut into 8 sandwiches.

Rating

I modified the recipe. Instead of using the ranch dressing, I mixed dry ranch with mayo and spread on sandwich. I did not put any of the veggies on it. I used turkey,ham, bacon, swiss cheese, and american cheese. Wrapped sandich in foil and baked 35 minutes until cheese was melted! Very good!
