I have made these multiple times for many occasions--they are always well-received. This is a great make-ahead appetizer that appeals to most people. It is my favorite basic mini-wrap recipe.
This is a nice and easy recipe to make for a home luncheon or taking to a pot-luck. Turkey or chicken or even ham can be used with the cheese and the tortillas even come colored to make it even more appealing. It's fast, easy and good for you!
