1/2 cup sour cream
12 ounces (3 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
Fresh cilantro leaves, if desired
Crackers or tortilla chips
Fresh vegetable dippers, if desired
Combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and cream cheese in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add olives, chiles, and seasoning mix; continue beating until well mixed.
Place cheese mixture into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Garnish with cilantro, if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetable dippers, if desired.
