3 cups uncooked dried cavatappi pasta
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 (5-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, hard-cooked, cooled, peeled, chopped
Lettuce leaves, if desired
*Substitute bowtie or shell pasta.
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water. Drain.
Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and eggs in bowl; mix well. Gently stir in Cheddar cheese and eggs.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
Serve cold. Place over lettuce leaves, if desired.
