Tapenade Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

8 slices English muffin bread

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil

4 teaspoons pesto sauce

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend

1/2 cup olive tapenade

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1 side of each bread slice with Butter with Canola Oil. Add 1 teaspoon pesto, 1 slice cheese, 3 tablespoons olive tapenade and 1 slice cheese onto unbuttered side of 4 slices bread. Top each with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  3. STEP 3

    Place sandwiches into skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 5-7 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
