8 slices English muffin bread
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
4 teaspoons pesto
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend
1/2 cup olive tapenade
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter. Place 1 teaspoon pesto, 1 slice cheese, 3 tablespoons olive tapenade and 1 slice cheese onto unbuttered side of 4 slices bread. Top each with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.
Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place sandwiches into skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 5-7 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
