This versatile easy cake mixed and baked in one pan can either be frosted or served with berries.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter melted
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Set aside.
Whisk egg and vanilla together in bowl.
Make 2 indentations in flour mixture; pour melted butter in one and egg mixture in other. Pour milk over flour mixture; mix well. Stir in pecans.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm cake. Let stand 2 minutes; slightly swirl melted chips.

Easy to make, but nothing special. Much better when the swirled chocolate chips were still warm; after they cooled off, the topping looked remarkably unappetizing.
