Ingredients

hummus

ranch dressing

romaine lettuce leaves
8 (3/4-ounce) slices

shredded carrot

thin strips red bell pepper

Directions

  1. Combine hummus and ranch dressing in bowl.
  2. Spread hummus mixture evenly among bottom halves of rolls. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices cheese, 1 tablespoon shredded carrot, 4 thin slices cucumber, 2 thin strips bell pepper and top half of roll.
