Ingredients

1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest

1 cup halved strawberries

1 cup grapes

1/2 cup whole almonds

3 apricots, pitted, quartered

1 plum, pitted, sliced

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Beat chilled whipping cream in chilled bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until soft peaks form. Continue beating, gradually adding sugar, until stiff peaks form. Stir in orange zest.

  2. STEP 2

    Add all remaining ingredients; toss lightly to coat. Serve immediately.
