A cookie jar favorite--chocolate cookies studded with white chips.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups
all-purpose flour
2/3 cup
unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
3/4 cup
sugar
2/3 cup
firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2
large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups)
white baking chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in bowl.
  3. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in another bowl. Beat at high speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs; beat until well mixed. Add flour mixture gradually, beating well after each addition. Stir in morsels.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
