Ingredients

1 cup (1/2 pint )
deli creamy coleslaw
2 tablespoons
prepared horseradish

hoagie buns, cut in half
8 ounces
thinly sliced deli roast beef
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American
8 slices
tomato

lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Stir together coleslaw and horseradish in bowl.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup coleslaw mixture on bottom half of each bun. Layer with 1/4 roast beef, 2 slices cheese, 2 slices tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and top half of bun.

I doubled this recipe and made half of it conventionally, and the other half with portobello mushrooms instead of the roast beef. They were quick and easy, and everybody enjoyed them.
